Energy and the Universe: Be careful what you think, feel, say and act!
The universe has immeasurable power and infallible memory!
Some thoughts, words or attitudes can turn into curses.
There are thoughts, words and attitudes that bring misfortune, invite bad luck and unhappiness, just as there are other thoughts and words with the beautiful property of illuminating, blessing, and like a magnet brings prosperity, health, happiness, balance and harmony .
Knowing how to identify and separate these types of energies is ecological wisdom.
The universe is powerful and rich with energies. We are rich in power and energy, and we have the free will to choose . Everything that we send out in thoughts and words, the universe gives back to us in return.
The thoughts, words, attitudes and environment in which we live absorb, store and echo our habits at every moment, transmuting at all times and depending on our energetic atmosphere.
All thoughts, limiting beliefs, words and dense and negative energies attract fatalities, adversities, curses, impasses, limitations, blockages, causing an absence of blessings that the universe can offer us. Negativity in thought and words attracts compatible energies. On the other hand, positivity attracts blessings, health, joy, balance and ecology.
You have certainly already caught yourself saying words or phrases like: "I'm in trouble"!, "I'm out of money"!, "It's difficult"!, "I'm devastated"!, "What the hell"!
Have you ever thought about replacing these problematic thoughts, words and phrases with solutions to these challenges? That is, instead of thinking or saying: "It's difficult"! Affirm, think and say, always: "Despite everything, I manage to solve my challenges successfully"!
Bear in mind, that we are responsible for and create all these energies, both good and bad. Everything in the universe is created through thoughts, actions, sounds, vibrations, frequencies, and attitudes. The universe conspires against or in our favor, it depends on which side we lean..
Therefore, in your next challenges, allow yourself to opt for positivity, for ecology, which will certainly bring benefits to you and to others. Your life will begin a new stage of growth and development, vibrating only good things.
If there is difficulty in circumventing dense energies, such as negative thoughts, gossip, and lack of self-control in non-ecological attitudes, the best remedy for all this is to go in search of self-respect, self-esteem, as well as a dose of courage and patience to get out of your comfort zone
Below are tips on how to train your mind to have positive thoughts, compatible words and attitudes:
>>> The beauty of human beings lies in the unlimited capacity we have to change, adapt and, above all, overcome the obstacles we set ourselves. If, contrary to negativism, we manage to get in touch with optimism, we will see that it favors the activation of the reward system, increasing satisfaction and allowing us to better deal with negative situations, in addition to increasing resilience and resistance to diseases.
>>> Think, communicate and feel positively: Remove everything negative from your mind and vocabulary.
>>> Always seek what is good for you in a balanced way, without exaggeration, it is the path to a healthy and happy life.There is no single recipe, as we are all different. So what's good for one might not be good for another. Therefore, there is a need for this mind-body integration to find and understand our own measurements.
>>> Trace a viable objective and believe that it will be achieved: Believe in your inner potential, in your inner wealth, in your power to change.
>>> Practice physical activity - When we practice physical activity our body releases endorphins, this substance brings a feeling of well-being in our body, in addition to exercising it increases our self-esteem, feeling good about ourselves we will have greater chances of seeing the world in a better way healthy and positive way.
>>> Cultivate good relationships - Distance yourself from toxic relationships
Set a limit when you have to deal with negative people, who complain about everything, criticize everything and everyone. If you want to improve the quality of your thoughts, try to live with positive people, who, despite adversity, try to focus on the solution and not just on the problems.
>>> Change the focus - Thoughts don't change overnight, when you realize that negative thoughts are taking over your mind, try to minimize the situation.
>>> Work on emotional balance - Challenges and difficulties will always exist in our lives, we have no control over everything, practice self-awareness so that you are better prepared to deal with challenging times.
>>> Practice intellectual and entertainment activities that provide you with good feelings, such as: Breathing and relaxation techniques, self-knowledge books, relaxing music, etc...
>>> Practice gratitude and don't just look at the negative, observe all the good things you have in your life.
>>> Take 100% responsibility for your thoughts and emotions.
How you feel should be 100% your own responsibility. You are not a victim, and no one has power over you. Once you become responsible for how you choose to respond to something, you begin to not get knocked down or thrown out of your center so easily.
>>> Develop a positive mindset
